A bit of family time

A personal post from me, haven't blogged anything for ages from a personal point of view because I'm usually just too busy.

Yesterday we managed to take some time out, Paul, the girls and I went up to beautiful Craster on the north east coast.

a chance for me to use my 28mm lens which usually only gets used for large family groups and scene setters at weddings.

It's a gorgeous lens but you should never use it for portraits

well maybe you should but only when you can get it just right!!

hubby was gorgeous as ever, I think it might be my first portrait of him this spring!

in the afternoon we made it to Hawick Hall Gardens

I love these gardens

and the girls had lots of fun climbing trees

Especially Abigail who is such a tom boy!

I love family days out

The 28mm portrait is great, really powerful! You got it right!
