I adore Durham Castle, I've shot there several times and it's really a photographers dream, used in the Harry Potter movies it always feels quite a magical place and when you couple that with a handful of true love theres really nothing better.

It was a bright cold January day when we arrived to meet Donna in the Bishops Suite, Donna is beautiful and also gorgeous on the inside, a total pleasure to be around and her true love David is handsome and funny, a really great guy. Shooting their wedding was the best start to my 2014 wedding season.

Yesterday dear reader I noticed that the sun came out, not just for a 5 minute period but for a whole afternoon which got me thinking, Spring is actually just around the corner and many of you are planning your 2014/2015 weddings, you're kidding no one, I know you have a pile of wedding magazines on the bedside stand!! haha
